You can support F9’s nominees using the GOLD proxy card you received from F9 by:



1.) Checking the “FOR” boxes for F9’s nominees Tom Sullivan, Jason Delves, and Jill Witter; and


2.) Checking the “WITHOLD” boxes for all of the Company nominees.
